As a life-coach for over a decade, I have been helping people find
solutions to the most pressing issues. I assist clients in answering
questions including:
" "Where am I going with my life?"
" "Why am I not reaching my goals? Why do I feel so stuck?"
" "What are my priorities?"
" "How do I become more disciplined?"
" "Are there toxic people in my life? If so, how do I get rid of them?"
" "What do I do next?"

My perspective:
Many people see difficulties with life issues as a singular entity. For
instance, a problem with a boss is just a work problem. Or dealing with an
aged parent is simply a medical issue. My approach is to look at the
gestalt, including the entire psychological, emotional, spiritual and
physical makeup of each individual. This method allows me to assess core
issues and develop treatment strategies with clients in a relatively short
period of time.

Meetings:
We can either meet in person for face-to-face appointments or over
Skype phone. An appointment runs approximately 50 minutes long.
